No. Price = setup + monthly retainer + 9% UAE VAT. Only additional costs: scope changes you request, add ons (exceed user/warehouse limits), third party subscriptions (Zapier, dedicated server).
Can I pay monthly instead of upfront?+
Enterprise+ clients can negotiate custom payment terms. Starter, Growth, and Professional require upfront implementation fee.
What is included in the monthly retainer?+
Support hours (varies by tier), system monitoring, software updates, backup management, troubleshooting. See tier details for specifics.
How long does implementation take?+
Starter: 4 weeks. Growth: 8 weeks. Professional: 18 weeks. Enterprise: 32 weeks. Extreme: 24 to 52 weeks. Timelines assume you meet your responsibilities on time.
What if I want to cancel?+
Monthly retainer is month to month. 30 day written notice to cancel. No penalties. You keep your data and system access.
Do you offer payment plans for the setup fee?+
Enterprise and Extreme clients can discuss custom payment terms. For Starter, Growth, and Professional the setup fee is paid upfront before implementation starts.
