Most failures are scope creep, no sign off gates, and vendors who disappear after go live. Our 6 phase methodology has a deliverable plus sign off at every phase, locking scope at each gate. Post live we operate a 90 day warranty, then a monthly retainer. We do not disappear. 95%+ on time delivery rate across 50+ UAE deployments since 2021.

Phase 03 is exactly this. We import customers, products, accounts, and history from QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, Xero, Excel, or paper. Reconciliation is part of the deliverable. You sign off only after we prove the imported numbers match your last closed period. Zero data breaches in 4+ years.
